Abstract (EN)
This study compares the position of the international system in the light of economic, political and cultural phases since the establishment of the People's Republic of China and the position of the United States in the global system after 1945. By analyzing the 'One Belt One Road Project' with the approach of international economic policy, the capacity of China to become 'superpower' in the international political-economic system has been discussed. As a result of the project, it was asserted that China could be a hegemonic power in the global system.
