Abstract (EN)

A place for itself in the globalized world, Turkey has begun to acquire a working understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship in recent years and is working to spread entrepreneurship. These studies are the first step is to quickly and effectively directed the state should be introduced in Turkey. National and international research thesis and in the light of the statistics compiled within Turkey's entrepreneurial potential and the reasons that prevent the use of this potential has been evaluated. The research in Turkey's own entrepreneurial potential and shows that there is a significant level by world countries. However, an individual is prevented by stopping the action of the cultural and environmental reasons, the problems are entrepreneurs or slowing the exposure of Turkey that have entrepreneurial potential. The first step in utilizing the potential of entrepreneurship is the creation and mobilization of entrepreneurial intent. However, researches reveal that the concept of entrepreneurship in Turkish society is not fully understood, its importance cannot be fully understood, and that the entrepreneurship culture, policies and incentives are insufficient to form the intention of entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research by examining research conducted in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intentions of individual entrepreneurial intent in Turkey is to ensure cultural and identification of missing assessing the overall situation on the effect of environmental factors and reveals a study to show the direction in this regard.
