Abstract (EN)

The implementation of United Class, which is included in our educational system, especially in rural residential areas, is largely because of the geographical features and economic conditions in our country. The aim of the implementation of united class is to inoculate the idea of primary education to students. The teachers working in United Class Primary Schools, who also have the authority of directors, are face to face with hardships in many areas stemming from the profession of teaching and the administration process of schools, as well as living in rural areas, that is, in villages. As problems of a school in any level of education increase, the quality of education this institution or school gives decreases.According to the data of the year 2006, one of every 20 students in primary education receives education through the implementation of United Class. The city in which this implementation is seen to its largest extent is Sanliurfa. There are many problems regarding primary education in this city. It is appropriate to take this city as an example, because Sanliurfa is the city in which the number of students per class is the highest. In the study, it has been noted that teachers who also have the authority of directors have to face problems in several dimensions in the administration process, depending on their role domains. Suggestions concerning the solution to these problems have been provided in the study.
