Abstract (EN)

Studies about polymer based biomaterials which is biocompatible to various tissue and organs, supportive materials of tissue and therapeutic effects on target tissue, are gradually increased. In these study, biocomposite tissue scaffolds are synthesized with 30% poly (ethylen glycol) diacrylate and 70% buffer included 0,5% (w/v) albumin, gelatin, dextran; to investigate of some questions: possibility of increasing biocompatibility of biomaterials with integrating biopolymers as composites, is it suitable using this material as therapeutic device which decompose and eliminate from the metabolism. Characterizations show that biopolymers can differentiate the structural properties. First of all, it's obtained integration of biopolymers to the scaffolds by FTIR and SEM analyses. Beside these characterization analyses, swelling, drug release, biodegradation and biocompatibility analyses are carried out. Although 15-25% swelling values, release of gentamisin results are reached up to 90-95%. Biodegradation analyses carried out at 37C, pH 7.4. Degradation ratios are 70% for 3 months and the degradation process still continue. To investigate of biocompatibility of biocomposite scaffolds, direct test method is used. While there is different results for every material, some types of materials show enough biocompatibility to work with in the future.
