Abstract (EN)

The objective of this research is to contribute to the existing knowledge in the business field. Funding is an essential aspect of any business endeavour, whether it involves bank credit, personal savings of the founders, or venture investments. The research delves into the various perspectives involved in the fundraising process, examining how founders can achieve their goals through raising capital and how venture capital funds or private investors can leverage new technologies to enhance their investments. Two hypotheses were formulated: the first suggesting that investment tools utilizing blockchain technology could serve as a primary source of fundraising presently and in the future, and the second exploring the willingness of investors to embrace new technologies in an established industry and the potential speed of their adoption. The ultimate aim of this research is to develop a practical strategy for implementing blockchain in capital investment funds, accompanied by legal recommendations and actionable steps. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to explore traditional investment tools and strategies, comparing them to blockchain-based investment forms. The research employed a situational analysis, an interview with a venture capital representative as well as a survey targeting people, to evaluate the effectiveness of different fundraising and investment approaches and identify opportunities for industry development. The findings of the research highlight the significant role of blockchain tools in achieving the objectives of all stakeholders in the business landscape today. Drawing from these findings, personalized recommendations and a practical guideline for implementing blockchain tools were formulated.
