Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the existence of sectional deviations in the returns of the stocks included in the BIST 30 index. For this purpose; Sectional anomalies were examined based on the abnormal return values of the companies in the 2013-2022 date December. In order to determine the existence of cross-sectional anomalies, firm returns, F/K ratio, PD/DD ratio and return on equity ratio were used in the research. According to the analysis results of the study using stock data traded in the BIST 30 index, it was found that there is no significant relationship between the abnormal return variable and the P/Dec ratio, while the PD/DD ratio and the return on equity ratio have a significant effect on the return variable. As a result, the evidence on the existence of sectional anomalies (PD/DD, return on equity) in the returns of stocks traded in the BIST 3O index has been revealed.
