Abstract (EN)
In this study, Bryonia multiflora (Cucurbitacea) roots were extracted with n-heksane, EtOAc and methanol:chloroform (1:1). After the solvents evaporation, that we did column chromatography with methanol:chloroform (1:1) using n-Hexane, CH2Cl2, CHCl3, EtOAc and MeOH solvents. After the column chromatography, the fractions obtained in ethyl acetate combined and evaporated for testing anti-cancer activity and separated again with flash chromatography. Therefore, the most active fractions were collected and combined using TLC and GC-MS. The goal compound of curbitacin B was isolated by the preparatif TLC, and defined by 1D and 2D NMR and HPLC-TOF/MS. Finally, the compound which is isolatied and defined, were applied to anticarcinogenic activity tests by Real Time Cell Analysis System. Besides the exctracts of the roots, stem, leaf and fruit of B. multiflora exctracted with n-heksane and esterificated and analyzed with GC-MS for three times.
