Abstract (EN)
In this research, a total of 90 raw vegetables (spinach, broccoli, lettuce, parsley, arugula, purslane, cress, scallion and mushrooms) were used as material, 10 of which were taken from different district bazaars in Burdur by random sampling method. Raw vegetable samples were analyzed using the ISO 11290-1:2017 standard procedure. Confirmation of the isolates obtained by the cultural method was done by PCR. In 7 (77.77%) raw vegetable samples, Listeria spp. detected. 40% of scallions, 20% of spinach and 10% of parsley are Listeria spp. When detected to be contaminated with; In broccoli, arugula, cress, mushroom, lettuce and purslane samples, Listeria spp. not determined. However, Listeria spp. was detected in raw vegetables in Burdur province and presence poses a health risk.
