Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to develop cold storage designs with different capacities to be used for pear storage suitable for climatic conditions of Bursa region. In this study, the among different building material options was made optimization using MPL computer software and the most suitable building material was selected according to optimization results. Among the alternative cold storage depots created for pear storage in Bursa province, it is determined that there is a cold storage depot with 50 tons capacity, steel roof and prefabricated reinforced concrete bearing system with briquette structure material and controlled ceiling cooling system.
