Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to reveal contemporary works of art in today's ceramic art by being influenced by the spouted jugs used as daily use items, religious ceremony (libation) pots, grave gifts and presentation bowls during the Hittite Civilization Period. Hittite art and works were examined regarding the subject, and the ceramic works of the period were explained with sample images. How and for what purpose the Hittite spouted ceramic jugs were made were examined, and the most important applications of the period were transformed into artistic forms with new spouted forms. In the main part, the Hittite ceramic art, the formation and settlement of architectural structures, how these settled structures were created and the temples built for the Gods were mentioned. Images from Hittite art were shared and information was given about these images. The formation process of the Hittite ceramic art, the types of ceramics, the stages of construction and the purpose of use of these ceramics are explained by giving sample images. The Hittite civilization, which left strong traces in Anatolia, will thus continue to leave traces as a source of inspiration for new works with its unique features.
