Interview questions about job and life satisfaction of working mothers were directed to mothers working in the related sector and data were collected. When the data obtained from the interviews conducted within the scope of the study and the factors related to job and life satisfaction discussed in the study were examined together, it was found that there was a relationship between job and life satisfaction for working mothers. This relationship seems to play an important role for working mothers. When the literature is examined, it is seen that there are limited number of studies in national and international literature on the variables included in the scope of this research.
