Employee motıvatıon and motıvatıon means(Antalya Atatürk State Hospıtal nurses sample)

ABSTRACT EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND MOTIVATION MEANS (ANTALYA ATATÜRK STATE HOSPITAL NURSES SAMPLE) Every medical staff is an important part of department of health services. Development of medical technology and more advanced level servicing requirement entail power of medical staff to be qualified. The fact that health sector has an important place in economic boost day by day increases the significance of service quality. Progress in quality of service makes employee(personel) satisfaction besides developing technology important. Health facilities have to give good service in order to reach their preset goals and quality standards. Thus, they need healthcare staff who is eager to work and highly motivated. In our work, factors, which affect the motivation of nurses who work in hospitals, have been tried to be determined. For that purpose, a questionnaire study has been conducted on 200 nurses who work in Antalya Atatürk State Hospital. An evaluation has been carried out by performing an analysis of obtained data.
