Abstract (EN)

This thesis examines the impact of employees' perceptions of agile leadership characteristics on their individual innovation competencies, as well as the mediating role of organizational learning in this relationship. Agile leadership refers to leaders' abilities to adapt to rapidly changing environments, make flexible decisions, and encourage continuous development among employees. Individual innovation competencies encompass individuals' abilities to generate new ideas, implement these ideas, and provide innovative solutions to their surroundings. Organizational learning is defined as the capacity of organizations to gather, share, and utilize knowledge by learning from experiences and creating innovative processes. By exploring how agile leadership characteristics influence employees' innovation competencies and how organizational learning mediates this process, the thesis aims to provide insights into how businesses can strengthen their innovation capacity through leadership styles and learning cultures.
