Abstract (EN)
The intention of this study is to examine the effect of the personality characteristics of the employees on cultural intelligence performance in multicultural companies. In this context, firstly, the concept of personality, the factors affecting personality, the personality theories and the Big Five Personality Model were discussed. Then, the concept of culture, the concept of intelligence, the intelligence theories, the intelligence types and the concept of cultural intelligence were examined. In the last part of the study, a questionnaire was applied to the employees in international companies with multicultural structure and the data were analyzed. According to the findings; personality characteristics effect cultural intelligence.
