Work ethic in labor life and an application in tourism sector

This research has been prepared with the aim of determining the view of the employees, who work in tourist industry, about the work ethic practices in the tourist industry and determining of whether these views differentiates according to the demographic features.The survey, which has been prepared in accordance with the aim, has been implemented on the 105 employees of the five star hotels which have been run in Antalya through August 2009.Data, which has been gotten by the survey, has been analised in the computer medium with the assistance of SPSS 15.0 statistical program.As a result of the survey, it has been understood that in enterprises participators utmost want to be adopted of ethic principles and to be provided of equal opportunity, among the ethic practices.
