Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of work stress and nurses emergency services, health care and the implications for research aimed to develop solutions. This work, Denizli State Hospital emergency room nurses in the study area were made using questionnaires to a group of 80 people.The survey was General Emergency, Pediatric Emergency and Obstetric nurses working in emergency departments of the group administered on a voluntary basis. The survey consists of three sections. Recognition questions in the first section and the second section causes of stress, and the third part consists of questions related to coping.According to the results of the study found work stress in nurses working in emergency departments, occupational risks, work intensity, verbal and physical abuse, lack of personnel, such as nurses and other issues are emerging as a cause of stress. The survey findings, the lowest stress level obstetric emergency room designated as a unitary, patient profile is different from the birth of the reason for this is usually a happy ending with the conclusion of the event.
