Abstract (EN)
Glass manufacturers, is an intense effort to reduce costs as well as other manufacturers in the industry. The cost of raw materials occurs when buying it and when using it. Wasteless production when using raw material is very important. Some defects can be formed while producing from the soil. These defects can be optical, scratch, hole, branch, etc. These defects that consists on the produced small pieces, are effects the quality of the product. So the low quality product means that it can sell cheaper or it can undermine the manufacter's repetition. In this study, the glass cutting problem stated as multi objective problem. The first objective is minimizing the waste and the second objective is maximizing the quality. To solve the problem, NSGA II algorithm is used.
