Abstract (EN)
In this study, the optimum flotation conditions to enrich the tailings of coal preparation plant (lavuar) feeding Cates (Çatalağzı Thermal Power Plant) were investigated. In this experimental work using the flotation cell (1 liter) solid rate, collector dosage, frother dosage and agitation speed are measured as the experimental parameters. Optimum pH conditions were used for 6.5-7.0. Solid weight ratio between 10-30%, collector 300-3375 g / ton, frother dosage: 30-337,5 g / ton of RPM between 1300 and 1500 were selected. At the end of study, combustible recovery of optimum flotation conditions was reached 96.91%. The obtained Data were arranged using Yates method. As a result, using Yates method the calorific value of final concentrate was reached calorific value of coke with flotation. In addition optimization experiments were done.
