Abstract (EN)

In this study, Centaurea derderiifolia leaves and seeds were extracted with n-heksane, dichloromethane, chloroform, methanol and methanol-chloroform. After the solvents evaporation, the amount of excess and high anticancer activity (chloroform) extract that we did column chromatography. After the column chromatography, the fractions obtained in ethylacetate combined fractions from Sephadex (LH-20) was subjected to column chromatography. The compound of Daucosterin (Compound 1), Compound 2, Compound 3, Compound 4 which are isolated and defined by NMR and HPLC-TOF/MS. The compounds were applied to anticarcinogenic activity tests by xCELLigence. Antioxidant activity was determined with three different methods. Besides fatty acides of hexane extracts by GC-MS, other phenolic componds in extracts by the HPLC-TOF/MS were performed.
