Abstract (EN)
In this study, different vegatables, fruits, ground vegatables, some prodocts of animal and dried produece were determined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Have low folic acid pepper, aubergine, rice and cucumber in the models et selected and high folic acid level were determined in peppermint, pistachio nut, hazel nut, yolk, parsley, pumpkin and liver.Key Words : HPLC, Folic Acid, Vitamin B9
