Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to search out the different approaches of deep ecology, social ecology and ecofeminism about ecological problems and environmentalism. While forming this study, comparative methods on the basis of comparing environmentalism with ecological opinion and literature searching are used.The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter includes conceptual framework.In the second chapter; the formation of environmentalism insight and the short history of social activities which are effective on the formation of this are given; and the issue what we should realize from the environmentalism insight are thoroughly searched.In the third, fourth and the last chapters; the opinions of deep ecology, social ecology and ecofeminism which are related to ecological crisis and their solution suggestions towards this crisis are discussed. The thesis is completed with a conclusion part, by focusing on the differences between environmentalism and ecologist approaches and the differences of deep ecology, social ecology and eofeminism than environmentalism.
