Optimum plan proposals in keeping with farmer objectives and analysis of their aplicability

The main objective of this research is to formulate the most acceptable and applicable cropping patterns by taking into consideration the farmers' objectives and the conditions they have. Under scenarios representing farmer conditions, level of willingness to accept the optimum farm plans developed by the experts was analyzed. Farm records that are at the heart of planning were probed in terms of how and under which conditions to keep. According to the best-worst results of the analysis, The farmers show the expression of "I will earn more income." As the most important advantage that plan based production will bring. According to the analysis results of the optimum planning scenarios presented to farmers the more the products the farmers know, grow and want from the products proposed in the optimum plan the higher the application possibility of the optimum plan. If the products require more farm land than farmers have then it has been found that the adoption tendency of the plan decreases. On the other hand in the following years of the experience as the number of people working in agriculture increases it has been observed that the application possibility of the optimum plan proposed to the farmer increases. In this study three different planning model proposals with the highest application possibility have been developed by taking into consideration the different approaches that the farmers will adopt and various components that belong to these approaches. According to this it has been seen as the most preferred model that a model (The Best Model 1) the farmers' basic objectives in agricultural production is to do the production with the highest income, and while determining land size they will allocate they take into consideration the capital and size, for planning they want to take support from the Ministry of Agriculture engineers, they pay attention to the products which bring more income while deciding the product they want to grow.
