Abstract (EN)

Although poverty affects society in general, it affects children the most. The fact that this group of children is most negatively affected by poverty stems from the difficulties they experience in accessing basic needs, particularly nutrition, physical and mental health, hygiene, and education. Moreover, the poverty that individuals experience during childhood often spills over into adulthood. For this reason, almost all countries around the world develop and implement family policies. These family policies consist of comprehensive legislation and policies that take into account the conditions under which families live their lives. Taking into account the importance of the concept of family, these policies first aim to increase employment to reduce family poverty, then increase fertility rates and ensure that the children born are qualified individuals. For this reason, government agencies, concerned about economic problems in society and the diversification of families for economic reasons, are constantly issuing directives. The impact of family policies extending from the individual to society points to the importance of this issue. For this reason, the study first focuses on the phenomena of poverty and childhood, then examines issues such as the lifestyles and material conditions of families in the context of family policies, and details the practices in these areas. In the concluding part of the study, research was conducted on the relationship between crime types, education, socio-economic levels of individuals, and their family status.
