Abstract (EN)

The problem of traffic and transportation is considered as one of the factors that negatively affect the working life of people. The time spent in traffic is also negatively reflected in the workforce of the employees and decreases the work efficiency[1]. Human Resources applications need to take into account these factors in order to not reduce the work efficiency of the employees due to traffic and transportation problems. Because existing applications do not work effectively with Geographic Information Systems, job postings allow search without written spatial criteria or with restricted criteria as written content. In order to solve this problem, in this thesis, a model application has been developed in order to provide a solution for job seekers to evaluate job postings in positions closer to their residence addresses or for employers to choose candidates who are closer to the position of the job. In addition to the applications currently used, the functions of Geographical Information Systems are tried to be used more effectively and it is aimed to provide a solution to minimize the transportation problem.
