Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, a multijunction solar cell fabrication and the characterization toward the cell was made. The lower cell of this multijunction consists of an n type silicon cell exploiting an organic p type material, while the top cell is a triple cation perovskite. Silver nanowires was used as the top electrode of this multijunction structure as the structure is supposed to be top illuminated, since the bottom cell is completely opaque. Given the fact that a metal top contact is not possible for a top illuminated perovskite structure, it is mandatory to use a highly conductive alternative. Instead of using costly coating alternatives such as transparent conductive oxides, an alternative route was taken. The silver nanowire coating was made through an airbrush. As a result of the optimization study a sheet resistivity as low as 0,1 Ω/□ was obtained. Nevertheless, while implementing this method a heat treatment cannot be carried out due to the restrictions of the triple cation perovskite architecture. Therefore, 20-30 Ω/□ sheet resistance was the minimum level acquired. The maximum level of transparency was %62. The energy conversion efficiency of the standard device is 8-9% while the device with silver nanowire has an efficiency of 6-7%. The I-V test, 4-probe resistivity test, AFM and UV/VIS spectroscopy measurements has been conducted.
