Functional consumption is the main reason behind the buying behavior in most cases. Multi-level marketing is a method of direct selling system and it is widely accepted system in Turkey. Consumers are also influenced by the social meaning of the product or brand, such as the status statement or image in the society when making purchasing decisions. At the same time, consumers are becoming increasingly aware of the need to make products that are least harmful to nature and their health while meeting their needs. In the theoretical part of the research, the concepts of Multi-Level Marketing, Conspicious Consumption and Environmental Consciousness were discussed in detail and then a company was selected from multi-level marketing companies which are widely used in Turkey in the application and analysis section and a questionnaire was applied on 504 samples and the research was based on statistical techniques and structural equation model is used for analizing.
