Abstract (EN)
The venoms are composed of a wide variety of bioactive molecules such as enzymes, nucleic acids, free acids, free amino acids, inorganic salts, proteins, polyamine neurotoxins and peptides. The peptides in the structure of the venoms have pharmacological importance and are very important as a resource for the development of new drugs. Coping with nosocomial bacteria causes both material and emotional difficulties for both the patient and the institution. If this bacterium is resistant, an effective drug may not be found. But the patient also needs to be treated, so new alternatives are sought. Peptides are among the most appropriate alternatives. The peptides in the venoms are pharmacologically important. In this study, the antibacterial activity of Androctonus crassicauda type acrolein venom was investigated. In this research, raw venom was applied to Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter baumannii bacterial strains by disk diffusion method, dripping method, and MIC (Minimum Inhibition Concentration) method respectively and antibacterial effects of row venom were observed. Scorpion crude venom was applied in various ways (dripping, disk diffusion and MIC) and in different amounts to two resistant bacteria, and we formed a preliminary step to turn a venom to a drug.
