Abstract (EN)

This thesis consists of five sections. In section one, the background of asphalt concrete serving pavements and the motivation of the thesis is presented. In section two, detailed literature review. In section three, details on the choice of materials and specimen proportioning for mixture design are covered in this section. The superpave mix design methodology is used to discuss the compression of Asphalt mixture specimens and the determination of volumetric attributes. Results of tests conducted to characterize Bitumen and mixtures in accordance with pertinent standards are described. In section four, Results and analysis and Data, and the consequences are compared to the analysis of the experiment design. In section five, a comparison between the results of the studies that we relied on in this research is presented. The comparison was based on data obtained in studies, charts, and results.
