Abstract (EN)

The colorant that exist in nature but the amount of which rises in water, soil and air dy by day as a result of the industrial activities has importance both its toxical effects and the harm they give to the nature. The textile colorant which we face in the natural watery areas as a result of uncontrolled agriculture, can pile up not only in the body of water but also in the structure of watery areas. The textile colorants that can pileup where they are, can show toxical effects on living creatures. As the methylene blue (C16H18ClN35,3H2O), (3,7 bis(dimentilonin fenazotiyonyum chlorure) and Malahit green (C23H25ClN2), 4[(4-dimentilaminofenil) fenil-mentil]-N-N dimentilanilin are commonly used in the textile area as colorant element and redox indicator it can be seen methylene blue in the waste water . The Studies of adsorbation are Made With Black Seed (Nigella Sativa). It is searched the effects of the colorant element concentratoin and temperature on the absorbtion mechanism one of the Physicochemical features of methylene blue pH=5.34 and pH=5.60 which is one of the Physicochemical features of malahit green. In this way, it has ben Observed that there are different adsorbation behaviours between the pH=5.34 methylene blue and pH=5.60 malahit green. Key Words: Biosorption, Black Seed(Nigella Sativa), Methylene Blue, Malahit Green.
