Abstract (EN)

At least one year of unprotected intercourse is required for a pair to be considered infertile. The Higher Institute of Infertility Diagnostics and Assisted Reproductive Technologies at Al-Nahrain University in Baghdad, Iraq, carried out the current comparative investigation. Among them were a randomized sample of 120 infertile women. A clinical examination and ovarian stimulation were performed on all patients, as well as a standard injection of serum and plasma intracytoplasmic sperm. As a result of our research, we found that there were no significant variations between the average age of participants and their height, weight, and BMI. In our investigation, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, antimyelinizing hormone, and prolactin were significant statistical indicators that might be used as a diagnostic and therapeutic marker if their levels were managed and controlled. In our research, we discovered a link between in vitro fertilization (IVF) and levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which showed a statistically significant association between ROS levels and in vitro fertilization. modified. The type of infertility, BMI, FSH, and LH were shown to be positively correlated using the Pearson test. Egg count, body mass index, FSH, and grad-1 egg stage were shown to have a negative connection.
