Abstract (EN)
Emergency health service is all interventions made to return people to a state of complete well-being in terms of health, consisting of people who have received special training in the field, working together to provide the best emergency response as soon as possible in line with the possibilities available to the sick and injured. In this context, the emergency healthcare service provided during the pandemic requires the implementation of special procedures for healthcare professionals, and the validation of the biomedical devices used during this service is also important. In this study, we conducted a literature research on how to shed light on the problems experienced by 112 emergency health care professionals during the pandemic and how the validation of the biomedical devices used by these personnel in the ambulance should be. As a result of this research, we have come to the conclusion that legal regulations should be made regarding the problems experienced by healthcare professionals due to the pandemic and that the existing standards related to device validations should be updated after the pandemic.
