To achieve this goal, 2020-2021 academic year Istanbul Gelisim University School of Physical Education and Sports, continuing their education 1.Class, 2.Class, 3.class and 4.a total of 434 students, including men and women, participated as volunteers. For students 'physical activity levels, the "International Physical Activity Assessment Questionnaire long form (IPAQ) was applied, and for socio-demographic information, The" Personal Information Form" was applied. The SPSS package program was used for the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the study, it was found that the level of physical activity by gender was higher in male students, while the level of walking, moderate, severe, and total physical activity was higher in favor of students in Grades 4. 1. 2 because of the desire for classes to play sports, influenced by the environment of friends when they first start school, and their desire to appear in shape. 3. and 4. it is believed that they have adopted a more active lifestyle because they want to be more active than the classes. As a result, while explaining the health benefits of regular physical activity for students, they should provide opportunities for young people for their individual needs to participate widely in physical activities.
