Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic process on the level of teachers and managers to demonstrate glocal leadership behaviors. The relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in this research conducted within the scope of the related topic. In this context, teachers and managers working in the Başkale district of Van province were included in the study using a simple non-selective sampling method, and the research findings were reached by filling out the 'Multidimensional Glocal Leadership Scale' of 80 participants. The validity and reliability dimensions of the related scale are acceptable and SPSS 22.0 was used in the analysis of the data. Due to the number of participants, data analysis was performed using the Friedman Test and then the Wilcoxon Test before non-parametric tests. In this direction, it was concluded that teachers and managers always show their glocal leadership characteristics, but there is a difference in their level of showing the relevant glocal leadership characteristics in three different periods: before Covid-19, during Covid-19 and after Covid-19. This difference was accepted as significant only for the bilateral comparison between Covid-19 and post-COVID-19. In the binary comparison performed through the Wilcoxon Test, 50. The average value of the sequence was higher than the average after Covid-19 and higher than the average during Covid -19. The significance level is it is less than 05.
