Abstract (EN)

Diseases caused by small organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites are called infectious diseases. The increasing impact of communicable diseases around the world brings about the definition of the disease as an epidemic. Human beings, who have experienced many infectious diseases and epidemics, have faced the Covid-19 pandemic in the recent past. The Covid-19 pandemic has negatively affected life and caused millions of deaths. Countries have taken dozens of measures to slow the progress of the Covid-19 pandemic. At the beginning of the measures are the curfew, the obligation to wear masks, distance education and domestic / international transportation restrictions. However, the measures taken differed in line with the possibilities of the countries and the measures taken could not reach the same effect in every country. In this study, it is aimed to make an evaluation on the measures taken / not taken by countries during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the multi-criteria decision making methods, the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS method was used. As a result, it aims to show which country is more successful in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic process with the measures taken and the measures and measures that countries can take in the future pandemic conditions.
