The relationship between channel integration and performance in the retail industry in the covid-19 pandemic: The mediating role of strategic agility

Within the scope of the thesis, it will be investigated how easily and quickly the businesses operating in the retail sector can make the necessary changes in the Covid-19 pandemic, to what extent physical (offline) and online (online) channels can be used in a coordinated and integrated manner, and the effect of these applications on business performance. Relatedly, in this thesis, it is assumed that the level of channel integration can have an impact on performance through the strategic agility tool variable. The main hypothesis of the research is that the level of channel integration will positively affect business performance through the strategic agility variable.
