Healthcare's right to work in the COVID 19 pandemic

The SARS-CoV-2 virus, which emerged in December 2019, started in Wuhan, China, spread rapidly all over the world and caused a pandemic. The disease caused by SARS- CoV-2 virus is called Covid 19 Healthcare workers are the occupational group at high risk in pandemics. Although there are limited publications on the total number of healthcare workers infected with Covid 19 virus and died due to Covid 19 all over the world, estimates are that the number is higher than stated. In this study, the problems experienced by healthcare workers during the Covid 19 pandemic, related risk factors and professional responsibilities were examined in the context of the right to work, and it was stated that healthcare workers should have all other human rights, especially the right to life and health, and how their rights can be protected was discussed.
