Çukurova koşullarinda papatya çeşitlerinin (Matricaria chamomilla L.) farkli hasat dönemleri̇nde verim ve uçucu yağ oranlarinin saptanmasi

In this study, three different commercial Matricaria chamomilla L. varieties (Lutea, Zloty Lan, Echteb kbA) originating from Germany were obtained by harvesting three different growth stages (bud, flower and pale flower) in order to determine the yield and essential oil ratios in Çukurova conditions. It was investigated. Çukurova conditions in the 2014-2015 cultivation season, three replicates in the research established in the main parcels of Varieties, Harvest Times constitute the sub-parcels. Plant height (cm), number of branches (plant / unit), number of flowers per plant (plant / unit), age flower yield (kg / da), dry plant yield (kg / da), volatile oil ratio (%), and the yield (l / da) and the composition (%) (Bisabolol A, Bisabolol B, Bisabolon, Kamazulen) were determined in different harvesting periods (bud, flower, pale). According to the results of the study, the average plant height 42,15-50,55 cm, the average number of branches 5.91-16.57 units / plant, the average number of flowers per plant 65-337.33 plant / pc, average age flower weight 118.14-278,75 kg / da The average dry weight of the drug was 23.84-42,93 kg / da and the average volatile oil yield was 1.44-2.26%, and the average essential oil yield was 0.37-1.07 l / da and the essential oil was 4 main components. Bisabolol A % 11,92-16.33%, Bisabolol B %14.098-25.89, Bisabolon % 19,88-28.15%, Kamazulen% 4.28-6.96% rates were found. Zloty Lan (Type 2) has been proven to have the highest commercial variability to adapt to Çukurova conditions.
