Within the framework of the presidential government system determination of the views on the restructured Turkish sports organization

The aim of this study was to determine the opinions of the Turkish Sports Organization which was restructured within the framework of the Presidential Government System. Research, one of the qualitative research methods was carried out in the phenomenology (phenomenology) research design. In the study group of this research, selections based on criterion sampling method were used. The data were obtained through in-depth, face-to-face interviews with 13 senior executives in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The interview data were analyzed and arranged, meaningful data were identified and main and sub-themes were removed, the relationships between the themes were determined and organized under research questions. As a result of the interviews, the opinions about the restructured Turkish Sports Organization; sports, youth and restructuring. The rapid developments in science, technology and communication in the 21st century and the resulting rapid changes brought about increasing competition conditions, new management style and understanding. This situation necessitated changes and restructuring in organizations. In parallel with the developing and changing conditions, developments in public administration have been reflected in the managerial structure of sports. The Presidential Government System, which can be considered as a reform movement within the scope of the new public administration approach in our country, and the Turkish Sports Organization have been restructured with the Presidential Decree No. 1. 1922 began with the organization of sports in our country has come to Turkey Training Community and on the present status through many stages. It is considered that the results to be obtained will have an important function in the organizational structuring about youth and sports policies for the future.
