Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to reveal idealized youth models such as "Haluk" of Tevfik Fikret and "Asım" of Mehmet Akif Ersoy in the Turkish poem between 1923-1980. Documentary method was used as a qualitative research method. Poetry books, anthologies and periodicals published between 1923 and 1980 constitute the target population of the study. The whole target population was tried to be reached without using any samples. 456 publications were reached within this framework. Thus, a high level of representation was provided by reaching 90 percent of the target population. Data were gathered by document analysis method in the research. As for data analysis, descriptive analysis method was used. 12 new idealized youth were discovered in Republic Era Turkish Poetry between 1923 and 1980. Also it was also found out that characters of Asim and Haluk are in interaction with some new youth types. Keywords: Poetry, Idealızed Youth, Âsım, Halûk,
