In this study experiment about struggle aganist drug addiction in inside security and innational ethics factor situation and the importance from Republic History till today ismentioned above as an example of Elazığ city.In this study before all Republic Period drug addiction problem is investigatedthrouhgly inside security and national ethics concept with this problem the importance ofstruggle aganist inside security factor is emphasized as well as national ethics principle andimportance of national value protection.Therefore; because of stratagic position of Turkiye on tranportation of drug transitionfrom Republic Period till today struggle aganist drug addiction and the protection of nationalethics principles and the work of not to degenarete and the necessity of security importance ismention.Hence; some precuationsare taken in legal regulations for defending the youngindividuals due to national value for individual coscious necessity importance ismentioned.
