Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this working is, in the investigation phasic examine the duties and commands of public prosectur related with the numbered 5271 law which put into on date 01.06.2005 and revolution in Turk criminal law system. We are going to give sample everts and examine these examples which are connected with our subject from Yargıtay and European Human Rights Court orders.
