National education councils from the foundation of the republic until today and their reflections on the music education

Although studies have been made generally related to our education andtraining history, within the music sector; not having sufficient research related to theNational Education Council that is being the central organization of the Ministry ofNational Education and acts as an Advisory Council has prepared the way for ourresearch.Our purpose was to try to determine the negotiations, decisions taken, andreflections of them to the music education of the National Education Council that isincluded in the structure of the Ministry of National Education as a scientificadvisory and decision authority.The research consists of four sections: The ?Introduction? of the research hasbeen introduced in the 1st Section, ?Method of the Research? in the 2nd Section,?Findings and Comments? in 3rd Section, and ?Results and Suggestions? is takenplace in 4th Section.In the research, the resources mostly used from the publications of theMinistry of National Education, along with them, also basic resources related toeducation have been made use of.In the light of the available findings, related to the research issue, proposalsfor the councils such as; imposing sanctions, gathering according to the writtenregulations, determining the administration with the participation of the teachers,students, parents, the lecturers of universities and academicians, representing thecouncils with more members and participants of music education, and having acouncil concerning education and teaching of music, have been put forward in orderto render the music education as more active within the framework of nationaleducation councils.
