Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in the experimental design of divided plots in random blocks in the 2021-2022 production season in the experimental area of Harran University Osmanbey Campus in order to determine the effects of different osmolytes applied to the Canola (Brassica napus L.) plant in dry and irrigated conditions in the ecological conditions of Şanlıurfa province. was carried out in triplicate. In the experiment, it was applied in two locations, wet and dry conditions. In the research, the applications (wet and dry, S-C) formed the main plots, and the osmolites used formed the sub plots. The standard variety of the region, PTR64 Canola plant, was used as material and osmolytes (ascorbic acid, salicylic acid, glycine betaine) were applied by spraying from the leaves. In the research; such as number of seeds in carob, plant height (cm), number of side branches per plant (number/plant), number of carob per plant (number), weight of thousand seeds (g), seed yield per parcel (kg) and oil rate (%) vegetable parameters and fatty acids (palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid) ratios were investigated. According to the findings obtained, it was concluded that the yield was increased in vegetative properties in aqueous conditions, and that osmolite applications caused a difference in yield and fatty acid ratios. According to the results obtained, it was seen that the seed yield (kg/da) was between 247.46 and 451.38 values, and the highest seed yield was obtained in irrigated conditions. When the fat ratio (%) was examined, it was seen that it varied between 24.67% and 34.60%. When fatty acids are examined; Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Oleic Acid, Linoleic Acid and Linolenic Acid were found to have 4.55%, 2.04%, 72.85%, 16.94% and 4.92% values, respectively.
