Abstract (EN)

Identification of MSR is important in view of the increased risk of contamination. For this reason, it is necessary to take hygiene measures especially in the presence of organisms in hospital environments. The analyzes in this study were performed on isolates from 100 patients in Ramadi General Hospital in Iraq. Isolates; are clinical examples of wounds, burns and respiratory tract infections. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the best distinguishing primers were OP-V14, OP-M14 and OP-V09. This can be explained by the number of 18 bands of the primers and the band sizes varying between 300-2500 base pairs. When the RAPD-PCR results were examined, it was shown that the highest genetic dimension was between the 21st and 23rd sample. In this context, samples 3 and 23 are in the second row and samples 3 and 4 are in the last row. The genetic size differences between samples vary depending on the number of shared bundles. The greater the number of shared bundles, the lower the genetic dimension was determined. Therefore, shared bundles between samples appear as a marker proving similarity in genetic material in that region of the genome.
