Abstract (EN)

Modern education system is interested in letting people find and use information rather than memorizing it. Libraries was using to reach the information before but nowadays search engines take the role of libraries. However, millions new data is adding internet everyday and it makes difficult to find desired information. The term "object stroge" has emerged to access the wanted information easily and store refined data in the control of experts. Informations stored into database while classified by way of object storage and users can reach to the information easily that they wanted. The main disadvantage of object storages is the lack of experts who create objects and store them into the system in a classified manner. Students spending most of the time on internet using with social networking websites. Most of the students prefer this platforms to share their questions or problems about courses. If someone wants to get some information back on these platforms, it is usually cause a loss of time or its impossible to reach to the wanted. To overcome above mentioned problems, a platform was designed that lets students to share materials over internet, rating to the shared, start new discussion on a topic, find answer to asked questions, use materials of previos years. This platform combines a sharing platform and a forum together. By way of this platform, students will be in solidarity like in the modern education. The system aims mutual cash on. A questionary was applied to evaluate the effectiveness of the platform. The results of this questionary was evaluated with the "Cronbach Alpha" security analysis and the platform was defined as "Highly Reliable". Moreover, the platform was investigated by experts in terms of "design and user interfaces", "content and interaction characteristics" and "educational characteristics". The system was concluded as "succesful" in each category.
