Abstract (EN)
This study, which I aimed to raise the awareness of ballet lead choreographers at the State Opera and Ballet Directorates about human management, is a guide for ballet lead choreographers on management. I used a survey method to understand the study better and to reach the most accurate data. I compared this questionnaire that was answered by 13 ballet lead choreographers who work/have worked at State Opera and Ballet Directorates, about the management process of ballet lead choreographers with management science. The aim of the thesis, in line with the results, aims at the topic of discussion about the current position of the State Ballet's operation on management today and how it will be shaped in the future.
