Abstract (EN)
This study covers the research about hydrological datas by considering the statistics; taken from meteorological stations, snow observation stations and flow observation stations running in Dicle Basin. These datas were taken from the meteorological stations and flow observation stations of General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works and Electrical Power Resources Survey And Development Administration located in basin. Appropriate distribution functions were obtained after Kolmogrov-Smirnow and Ki-kare compliance tests made by these datas. Maximum flood discharge of Dicle Basin was obtained by using point and regional analysis methods and synthetic methods, namely DSİ Sentetik, Mocus and Synder. Obtained result was compared with the observed maximum flood discharge. Furthermore, basin was seperated into two sub-regions namely west and east by grouping the stations according to similarity of stations. The equation showing the correlation between flow efficiency- drainage area, flood efficiency- drainage area and cofficient of skewness- coefficient of variation was obtained after examination of maximum and average flow datas taken from stations located in these sub-basins.
