Abstract (EN)

This study examines in detail the effects of the digital economy and cryptocurrencies on the economic order. The digital economy, driven by accelerating technological advancements, has significantly impacted global financial systems and trade processes. In this context, the role of cryptocurrencies in financial systems, supported by their decentralized structures and blockchain technology, has become a cornerstone of the new economic order. The study comprehensively explores the definition, historical development, and impacts of cryptocurrencies on financial markets and monetary policies. Furthermore, the study addresses various scenarios concerning the long-term economic effects and sustainability of cryptocurrencies. The future of cryptocurrencies largely depends on regulations and the approaches of governments towards these digital assets. The integration of cryptocurrencies into mainstream financial systems can be achieved through the effective establishment of regulatory frameworks. In this process, investor confidence and price stability are also critical factors for the sustainability of cryptocurrencies. Finally, the role of cryptocurrencies within the digital economy is not limited to financial systems but also extends to international trade and investment processes. The study evaluates the impact of cryptocurrencies on the digital economy and their potential future role, presenting possible scenarios. The contribution of cryptocurrencies to the global economic order will become clearer as regulatory approaches evolve.
