Abstract (EN)

In this study, which was carried out in 5 cities of Eastern Mediterranean region in 2012-2016, a total of 605 almond leaf samples were collected and tested by DAS-ELISA serological method. As a result of serological tests 24 out of total samples (129) (% 18,6) in Adana, 90 out of total samples (299) (% 29,43) in Mersin, 11 out of total samples (71) (% 15,49) in Kahramanmaraş, 34 out of total samples (89) (%38,2) in Hatay and 8 out of total samples (17) (% 47,06) in Osmaniye were found positive. 169 samples in a total of 605 almond samples were infected by at least one of these viruses When sequence of almond isolates were compared with isolates from NCBI, PNRSV, PDV and ACLSV isolates showed 97-99%, 87-96% and 81-96% sequence identity at nucleotide level. In this study, a total of 488 leaf samples were collected and tested by DAS-ELISA serologic method and molecular test. As a result of tests 9 out of 73 samples (% 12,33) in Adana, 63 out of 101 samples (% 63) in Mersin, 120 out of 220 samples (% 54,55) in Kahramanmaraş, 25 out of 57 samples (% 43,86) in Hatay and 7 out of 37 samples (% 18,9) in Osmaniye were found as positive. 224 walnut leaf samples in a total of 488 were found CLRV infected. According to phylogenetic analysis Turkish walnut isolates shared high nucleotide sequence identity (89-98%) with viral isolates from NCBI. The effect of infection with PNRSV on some morphological and physical characters of four almond cultivars were not found effective according to statical analysis after two year.
