Abstract (EN)

In the present study it is assumed that role conflict and role ambiguity effect organizational commitment and job satisfaction of workers. In this context, it was considered that role conflict and role ambiguity perception of workers reduces their perception on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Workers in East Mediterranean food enterprises were selected as target group and the data was collected from 109 workers using the questionnaire technique. They were, then, subjected to Pearson correlation analysis in order to determine the relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, effect of parameters such as gender, age, educational status, position, role conflict and role ambiguity on organizational commitment and job satisfaction was assessed using multiple regression analysis. As a result, it was determined that role conflict and role ambiguity effect organizational commitment and job satisfaction of workers.
